Using her own “tried and true” family recipes from Italy, “Angy” counted 100 tortellini into each of the first 6 bags to be sold to a local market. Cooking Instructions

Conventional: Add Angy’s chicken soup mix to 5 cups vigorously boiling water. Stir. Taste and dilute further if necessary. Add tortellini to soup. Cook for 5 minutes or to desired tenderness.

Microwave: In a 2 quart casserole, cover and heat 5 cups of water to a boil ( 13-18min.) Add Angy’s chicken soup mix. Stir. Taste and dilute further if necessary. Add tortellini. Stir. Cook, covered 3 1/2 minutes or to desired tenderness.
