A tasty dumpling noodle composed of different cheeses and/or meat filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. Our ravioli is delicious served with sauce or by itself. 

 Angy’s® Tortellini was created in 1949 as a way for Angiolina Campanini to support herself and her three children. Using her own “tried and true” family recipes from Italy, “Angy” counted 100 tortellini into each of the first 6 bags to be sold to a local market. Cooking Instructions

Stove Top (Preferred): Place frozen ravioli in 8 cups vigorously boiling water (salted to taste). Stir gently separate ravioli with a spoon. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.

 

Microwave: Place 4 ravioli, 3/4 cup water, and1/2 cup your favorite pasta sauce in a microwavable container. Cover and heat at full power for about 15 minutes. Stir halfway to make sure ravioli are covered by sauce evenly. Let stand for 6 minutes to cool before serving.
