Landolfi Pizza Dough

Low-effort, low-mess pizza with that homemade taste. Our tasty pizza dough is ready to be rolled out and topped with your favorite toppings. You will love this premium quality pizza dough. Just follow the simple instructions, and you will make a perfect crust- crisp on the outside, moist on the inside – every time.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw dough first. Rub dough lightly with oil, place in bowl, cover with cloth, defrost at room temperature for 5 hours. Or, defrost overnight in the refrigerator and then let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

TO MAKE PIZZA: Preheat oven to 425 F. Toll out one defrosted dough ball to fill a 14″ slightly greased pizza pan. Top with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese, and your favorite toppings. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Cooking time varies with toppings and oven design.

TO MAKE ITALIAN BREAD: Punch defrosted dough ball down slightly. Shape dough to 12″ long with tapered ends. Place on greased pan. Cover with damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour. Slit top of bread with knife diagonally,1/2″ deep and 3″ apart. Brush top of bread with oil. Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

TO MAKE WHITE ROLL: Cut defrosted dough ball to 1 oz. pieces. Place on greased pan, cover with damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Brush with melted butter or margarine.

TO MAKE CALZONE: Cut defrosted dough ball into 4 oz. pieces. Roll each into a circular piece. Place ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ham on center. Fold dough and seal to form a half circle, deep fry in 350 F oil, turning occasionally, until golden brown

Landolfi Cheese Tortellini – 10lb. Case

A delicate egg noodle pasta filled with a delicious mixture of select cheeses and spices.  Tortellini are ring-shaped pasta, stuffed with a mix of meat, spinach or cheese. Tortellini is usually served in broth, either of beef, chicken, or both.

Cooking Instructions

Stove Top: Bring (2) quarts of water to a boil. Place desired amount of frozen tortellini in vigorously boiling water (salted to taste). Lower temperature to a slow rolling boil and stir gently with a spoon. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. One 1 oz. package = approximately 4 individual servings.

A tasty dumpling noodle composed of different cheeses and/or meat filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. Our ravioli is delicious served with sauce or by itself.
