Cavatelli are small pasta shells that look like miniature hot dog buns. Cavatelli literally means “little hollows”. Ricotta cavatelli adds ricotta cheese to the dough mix. 

Cooking Instructions

DO NOT DEFROST

STOVETOP: Add frozen cavatelli to 4 quarts boiling water (optional: add 1 TBSP oil to prevent sticking). Stir gently occasionally. Cook for 6-7 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and add your favorite sauce.
