Gnocchi are thick, soft dough dumplings made with potatoes. Gnocchi is eaten as a first course (primo piatto), as an alternative to soups (minestre) or pasta.

 Common accompaniments of gnocchi include melted butter with sage, pesto, as well as various sauces.

Cooking Instructions

DO NOT DEFROST

Add frozen Potato Gnocchi to rapidly boiling salted water. Boil until Potato Gnocchi rise to surface, stirring frequently with a spoon. Drain well and serve with your favorite sauce and grated cheese. Great with soup too.
