 Angy’s® Tortellini was created in 1949 as a way for Angiolina Campanini to support herself and her three children. Using her own “tried and true” family recipes from Italy, “Angy” counted 100 tortellini into each of the first 6 bags to be sold to a local market. Cooking Instructions

Stove Top: Bring (4) quarts of water to a boil. Place desired amount of frozen tortellini in vigorously boiling water (salted to taste). Lower temperature to a slow rolling boil and stir gently with a spoon. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. One 24 oz. package = approximately 7 individual servings.
